- Contact us either by phone (M: 0405 120 074) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make initial contact, and ask us any questions that you may have. This will also enable us to understand your specific requirements.
- We will then send you an Incursion and Excursion Program Proposal which outlines the details that you have provided us (e.g. contact details, agreed incursion and excursion dates, number of participating students, cost, session details etc.)
- Authorised acceptance of the Incursion and Excursion Program Proposal will generate a Deposit Invoice to be raised and forwarded to you for payment.
- Payment of the Deposit Invoice within 7 days of receiving it will secure the nominated incursion and excursion dates and times.
