The Dream Factory isn’t about business as usual, it’s business as unusual - productive, collaborative work spaces.

In early 2017, The Dream Factory will be the home of some of the world's most innovative and disruptive businesses, creating a unique workplace environment for design, technology and social change.

Set by the Maribyrnong River in Footscray, The Dream Factory spills over four-levels of inspiring renovated wool-shed warehouse space (formerly the home of Lonely Planet).

Featuring the most up-to-date technologies, The Dream Factory will have a 200kW rooftop solar system and house Australia’s first industrial Tesla batteries. Over time, it will become one of Australia’s most sustainable buildings.
